Dear Multnomah/Clackamas County Heat Wave,

Thank you for not trying to kill me today with heat stroke. The last two days with you around have been rough. I've lost sleep, work, water and brain cells during your visit. I have been sealed in this house, hiding from you ever since you decided to rear your nasty head.

However today, in your absence, I am able to leave the fans in the window because the cool breeze feels nice. Maybe tonight I can finally get some real sleep.

As you may or may not know - I am moving out of one house into a new one and I need to clean the old one out today.

Now, me being truly committed to slack, I can only go so fast, and I'm not that good at cleaning anyway.

So.. in light of the fact that everyone's broke these days, who wants to make a quick $50 by helping me clean this afternoon? It's mostly going to be putting trash (nothing disgusting, I promise!)in trash bags, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down walls, inside cupboards, the fridge and stove, etc... You know -- all that stuff.

I only want to spend two to three hours on this project and be done with it!

I was thinking of meeting at the house around 2pm today and leaving the place at 5.
